"Thanks," I reply to his compliment "but don't let him hear you, it might go to his head". Unfortunately, I think it's already too late as Ulna does another bow. "A coordinator? I've never thought of doing anything like that before. Our practise has always been more sport based but I might just keep that in mind" I've seen plenty of contests before on TV but the thought of me up on a stage doing it seems funny. "Nice to meet you Page and Gibson. I'm Chloe and this is Ulna" I smile back. "So if I were to become a coordinator for the school, would I see you there or are you planning to do something else?"

I chuckle as Ulna gives another bow. “It’s good to meet you two, and it looks like I’m a little too late. You two seem like a natural fit for Pokémon coordinators, and a sporty-twist to your guys’ whole routine would be unique.” I scratch my head. “It’s just my two cents though.” Chloe asks if I plan to join the coordinator club. “I would but I don’t really have a good idea of how I’d exhibit me and my Pokémon’s talents, really.” I pull my guitar forward onto my lap and give it a tap with my hand. “This is more my thing, hence why I’m trying to start the music club. But if you do have any cool routines you’d like to show, I wouldn’t mind being your audience.” I’m still smiling as I say this. I lean back in my chair a bit when Gibson decides to perch upon my guitar. He’s got his head tilted towards the body of the guitar. I scratch his head a little, wondering what he wants. I look down at him and ask, “What’s up, little buddy?” He looks up at me, then back to my guitar. Does he want me to play or something? Whatever the case, I guess I’ll tune my guitar and keep this conversation going. “So, what made you wanna come to Kobukan?”

"Silly, I thought you already had plans to get a certain someone a treat." I'm sure she won't forget this, but I don't know if she'll push later or if she plans to wait for me to open. I don't know if I can, I can get by fine as it is, but thinking about having to tell someone makes me feel like I've been wrong living like this, like it invalidates all my pain. "Well, we should get something hot to drink, I'm starting to get a little chilly now that you stopped hugging me."

I can't help but let them mill around the room, observing their surroundings. My stomach grumbles and they both look at me in surprise, then get excited. "Look at you two. Fine, we'll go grab some lunch. But, No roughing around. We don't want to get in trouble. Understood?" I say to them. They sit patiently and nod their heads. "alright, lets head out"

I keep an eye on them while we stroll through the halls towards the cafeteria. They keep close as we go through the line, nervously licking their chops as we passed by most of the food. I grabbed some food for them and headed to one of the empty tables. "I always seem to be drawn to the empty places" I say before stuffing a sandwich into my mouth. Ashes and cube are almost done with their food as I finish. "Glad I could finally bring you guys along" I say to them.

"What made me want to come to Kobukan?" I repeat the question so as to remember properly. "Well it was all Gramps and Nan-Sorry, I mean it was all the Goldenrod Day Care couple's idea really." I answer. Ulna seems to be getting bored so I let him off my lap to run around a bit while I talk to Page. "They've always looked out for me so when they saw a school like this had openings and that I qualified for them, they insisted that I should go" I pause a moment and my eyes flit over to Ulna to check how he's doing. He's back on the ceiling again. At least this means that he's burning his energy off now, he'll be sleeping for a long time. "I agreed of course or else I wouldn't be here. I felt kind of cramped in Goldenrod and I just really needed to get away. They got me to take Ulna with me so that he could also experience the world and that's basically what's lead up to us being here" Page had been tuning his guitar during my spiel but still showed that he was listening throughout. "So I've told you mine, how about you tell me your story?"

I rub my chin in reflection after I finish tuning my guitar. I play a - loud enough for Chloe to hear, but not to the extent where it’s drowning out my voice. She asked me for my story, so I fill her in. “Well, let’s see here… I was born on January 9th to a couple of hippies from Kalos in Castelia City. They were big music buffs so their tastes kinda rubbed off on me. At some point during primary school I realized I wanted to blaze trails in the music and Pokémon worlds, so when they told me Kobukan Academy was the place for me, I couldn’t refuse. So that’s where the never ending story of Page and his trusty Noibat, Gibson stands so far.” I cap off my life story by finishing the little melody I was playing with a fast, complex sequence of notes. Content with how the tune went, I slide my hand down the neck, slap the strings of my guitar to stop the vibrations and let out a soft, triumphant “Haha!” Hopefully the little number I played made my short but sweet introduction worthwhile to my newfound acquaintance.

Finally done I sigh to myself. Some Pokemon seems to have cause quite the display as people are applauding it. I tilt my head. "Isn't that Ulna." I ponder aloud. "Surely that means..." I glance around eventually finding my dear roommate. Unfortunately it seems she is busy conversing with Mr. Page. That might be for the best actually. I can feel my cheeks are red, the attendant even asked if I was alright. I gaze absentmindedly in their direction. Perhaps I should steal away to the parlor before I'm noticed. They might have some light snacks around this time. I glance down at a small watch around my wrist. Or perhaps I should just suffer it out until supper.

I need to head down to the hatchery pretty soon, I wonder if it's okay to leave Hyun here. I glance over at him. "Mm, I'm pretty sure I haven't seen you do that before." I walk over to him. Latent psychic powers huh. Well he must be okay if he has enough energy to float towels. I press the towel back down against his forehead. "No psychic powers in my room, please." Still this is oddly late for powers to just manifest.

"Well, the rain seems to have lightened up a bit, maybe I'll do something fun." I'd probably have to avoid that Leo fellow. Well there's still that annoying prick playing his guitar like he's hot shit. I could go find him. I should just cut the strings, that would silence it for awhile. "Jeez, I'm bored."
I hop up and get ready to head out again. "Maybe I'm pressing my luck, but how else do you find your limits." I smirk to myself.

Matthew

I open my eyes to find I'm still laying under that tree in the rain. Some time seems to of passed though, I must of fallen asleep there for a bit. I lean up into a sitting position and pull out my phone to see that about thirty minutes of passed by. I stand up and stretch a bit, discovering that the cold rain has managed to numb my injury a bit. that's nice.

I head to my dorm and change out of my soaked clothes and into something dry. I decide on a gray V-neck and a red and black tartan patterned long sleeve shirt, so as to better hide my fresh and dry wrappings, and my standard boot cut dark denim jeans. After I get dressed I decide to head to the cafeteria and get some food.

When I arrive I notice Page sitting talking to a blonde girl with an Aipom. I decide to leave him to his thing and not interrupt, unlike some people. I notice Lenyth as well, but don't signal to her, as I imagine she wouldn't mind some time to herself. I manage to get a beef and veggie rice bowl and head over to an empty table where I start eating.

I decide that I shall grab a light meal and then abscond to my room for the remainder of the day. I begin to head towards the kitchen staff when I stumble. I quickly realize that I had ran into another student in my fatigue. "Please forgive me, I am terribly sorry for running into you..." I turn towards her and bow of reproach.

Heh, this is great. I tripped her and she thinks that it was her fault. That uppity way of speaking and apologizing pisses me off though. "Aww did the little princess forget her grace at home... Honestly, pay attention to where you're walking." Actually, this girl has been somewhat popular with guys so far hasn't she. She looks like she hasn't had a hard day in her life either. The more I look at her the more she's getting on my nerves. "You look tired, spending to much time with your harem?" I spit out at her and shove her shoulder. Oh man, she actually fell down from that. What a fucking pansy.

I wince as I fall to the ground. I am somewhat used to ornery people, though they are usually not this forward in their aggression. Normally my composure would not falter, but between the fatigue and the fever, and the fact that she caught me off guard. I feel tears in my eyes; that fall really hurt. "I am terribly sorry to inconvenience you." I sniffle out. "I shall redouble my efforts in the future..." I just wish that she would just walk off, people are starting to notice.

Oh man, this is gold. She's actually crying. "What, are you a crybaby too. Can't even handle a simple fall. You better toughen up, 'cause the world is a shitty place. Although..." I sneer at her. "I guess when you're as privileged as you are, there's no such thing as hardship eh." Fuck, I'm sick of this bitch. I grab a nearby cup of water and throw it at her.

Matthew

While eating my rice bowl I watch as the chick Glover was hitting on earlier trips Lenyth. I sit there and watch as Lenyth gets up and starts talking to her. I mostly ignore it at first, after all Lenyth is a big girl and can handle her own problems. However I feel the grip on my chopsticks tighten as the girl pushes Lenyth back to the ground and laughs at her.

However when the bitch grabs a cup and throws it at Lenyth I feel the sticks snap in my hand from the pressure of my grip. Now I'm pissed.

When I get closer I see Lenyth looks like she is about to burst into tears. "You okay?" I ask her and offer out my hand to help her up.
