Page & Glover (Page's POV) -----------
I'm still trying my hardest not to faint from suppressing this much laughter. "I mean, you gotta admire his..." I continue to snicker and wipe a tear from my eye. "...enthusiasm, right? And yes, you definitely played your hand much better than he did. Then again, that's not saying much, considering he's an awful card player." Matt mentioned to me that Len's here, so I decide go over to her as she enters the lounge. Matt takes a seat. "Make sure Casanova doesn't hurt himself on the way to the table, yeah?" Before I walk to Len, I look at the boy who just got his dreams shattered in front of his eyes. He walks away from the girl, teeth clearly gritted behind his lips.
"What happened there?" I ask, struggling to suppress my laughter. "I suck" Glover mutters as he takes a seat next to Matt. I put a hand on his shoulder and smile at Matt before looking back down at my freshly shamed friend. "There's plenty of water Pokémon in the sea, champ." I pat him on the back as I walk away from the table. "We're still getting lunch" I overhear Glover say. I simply turn my head in their direction and nod.
I approach Len, who's scanning the lounge. "Good day, Len. Getting lunch, I presume?"
