I stumble a bit as Lily says something about sign-ups "H-hey, I'm on my union mandated lunch break." I joke, not wanting to say I used Alli as a way to escape from boring shit. Again. Seriously I like owe her dinner or something for how often she lets me pull that crap.

"Anyways," I say as I get up "I won't keep ya away from your duties any longer. If you need help going through student or teacher files for anything suspicious just shoot me an email." I stop as I get out the door and turn back around. "Then shoot me a text and let me know you sent the email." I say with a wink and a smile as I head off.

Well guess I'll go check on the pool for now, then maybe go for a ride if the rain lets up. Kiri won't be up right now anyways, hell he probably just went to bed a couple hours ago. I send Kiri a text asking him to let me know when he gets up and that I needed to talk to him as I head to the pool.

Page & Glover (Page's POV)

I bite my tongue as Matt brings up a good point. Clubs need to have a reason for being around. "Alright... not up your alley. Gotcha. We'll just... leave you be." Glover doesn't even dare look Matt in the eye, he simply looks away and shakes his head. I elbow him. "C'mon man..." I whisper under my breath. "That's all I had" Glover whispers back. I sigh and clear my throat for one last hurrah.

"Well, since you seem like the battling type, I won't force you. All I need is a few people to get this thing going. I just want this club to be something casual, so I don't want people to feel like the need to go to the meetings and stuff. Just a place to share different musical tastes. For example, I'm into rock, Glover's into rap." I tap my chin, trying to think of something Matt can relate to. "Think of it this way, Matt, imagine trainers with different battling styles, right? Now picture them all getting together and sharing techniques and tactics with each other. Now when you battle with those people after putting your heads together, you won't exactly take their style for granted, rather, you'll have a whole new perspective on things, and it might make you a better battler. That's kinda what I want with this whole thing, man. Getting sick of all these people saying one genre's better than the other, when there's something unique about them that has people listening it to for a reason. I like picking minds, Matt, I just wanna know what other people think." At this point, I'm not even sure if I got my message across, but at least Glover's listening somewhat - his head is tilted in my direction and his eyebrows are raised. Gibson seems a bit intimidated by the whole situation, head hunched in between his shoulders. I don't blame him. Right now it feels like someone's gonna swing, and somehow, I'm gonna end up in the crosshairs.

I listen as Page tells me his club is basically a place for people to sit around and talk about different genres and musical techniques.

"So let me get this straight," I start, still in my annoyed tone "You interrupted my conversation to ask me to come sit in a circle with you guys and talk about music?"

"Like I said, don't feel forced to do this, man." Page responds while rubbing his shoulder. "And I still feel bad about earlier, so I at least wanna give you the whole gist of it. If you don't care about it much, it's alright, but I really want this club to push through."

I look at them for about ten seconds before I burst into laughter. "Seriously man, you are either incredibly brave or seriously stupid." I say, still laughing. After about thirty seconds I stop laughing.

"Alright so basically you just need some warm bodies to get the club started." I say, trying to catch my breath from laughing. "Well fuck it count me in I guess, if I find it too boring I can always use it as more time to train I guess."

I wander around the academy, trying to familiarise myself with it. What am I supposed to do tho...
I guess I'll keep going until I find a decent teacher. I end up inside a hallway, with no students in it, this is probably where the offices are, guess I'll go into a random one.
I knock the wooden door and go inside immediately after. There's a blond-ish woman inside, making some...tea?
"Hey, are you in charge here?" She looked mature enough to be someone important...

I'm finally out of the principal office. He said yes straight away, probably thinking that I was cured or something. Now onto find that ... Page was it? And his friend. Maybe he's still in the lounge.

Hm, who is this. "That depends, I'm in charge of quite a few tasks. You must be a new teacher." After a cursory, he doesn't look like a bad guy, but. "My name is Lillith, I'm in charge of breeding, Pokemon health, and most paperwork. Might I ask who you are?" Alcohol, I can definitely smell it, even from this distance.

After seeing Alli off, I return to the mirror to braid my hair, in part to give myself a bit more time before I leave. Should I switch out Rheese for Damian? No, I think I'll keep Rheese on me for now. It's not that I don't trust Alli, but weather is nothing if not unpredictable. If, against odds, the lightning returns I'd be real sorry. Or dead. I sigh and shake my head a bit at myself. Okay, no. Unlikely, I know. Still, better safe than sorry.

I fix some breakfast for myself and my team, letting them all out when it's ready. I inform them of the check up as we eat. Naya and Rheese seem fine with it all, content just being next to each other. Sierra is also fine, she probably knew it was about that time. Hank seems grumpy as ever of the thought of 'outsiders', but I know it's mostly a façade as he knows how good Lily is by now. Molly is a bit nervous as expected, she always is when being 'on stage'. Nicklas seems almost... giddy? Hard to say with his relaxed disposition, but he seems like he has something he's waiting or preparing for.

I let them all stay out for a bit after eating. After all, they too need some time off, boosting camaraderie and morale. We are a team after all. Once we're done, I recall them, pick out a handbag and make sure I have everything with me. I fetch my rain poncho and throw it on as I head out for Lily's.

I knock as I reach the door. "Good morning, Lily~" I say as I open "I hope you are ready for - oh." I stop in my tracks; There's someone else here, again. This time, however, it's not a familiar face meeting me. "I thought you preferred being alone Lily, but I seem to keep walking in on you with company these days" I say teasingly and giggle. "Anything you wanna tell me~? Aah, no, sorry, I'm just kidding. Am I interrupting?"

Ugh that joke stabs my chest. I focus my gaze on her. "I had something I thought you might like to hear, but I guess I won't tell you now." I give a teasing smirk, before returning my gaze to the new guy. "As for interrupting...I'm not sure. What is it that you wanted?" Honestly, I have a lot of stuff to do after I examine Sefi's Pokemon. My workload has just piled up this past few days. When it rains it pours I guess. Heh.

The lounge again. The noise made by student is getting on my nerves. Aerie seems to be annoyed as much as me, I can feel the temperature going down really quickly.
There they are. With one more student. I can feel the situation is tense. I'm starting to let anger come, little by little. I approach slowly without a word, snow starting to appear around us.

"Awesome, man. Glad to have you on board!" I smile widely. Despite the tension of the situation, I'd like to think we handled that smoothly. Glover couldn't help but eke out a smile as well. While us three were caught up in the moment, it got cold in the lounge all of a sudden.

"Ya'll feel that?" Glover asks as he buttons up his jacket. I turn to the source of the sudden change in temperature - it's Mr. Hyun. I'm not too sure but he seems bothered by something. Glover's face scrunches humorously. "Yeah, that rap wasn't exactly rated E for Everyone" he whispers to us. I sigh. "Too right."

And this is my life. Ending prematurely before I even start my first semester here at Kobukan. Then again, I'm probably just overthinking things. But I haven't even known Hyun for more than five minutes. All I can do is grit my teeth behind my lips and wonder what he's got planned for us.
