It seems like nearly forever ago that Ramos had left the classroom, but before I can doubt him any further, he reappears suddenly. Finally! “Ho! Sorry about the delay, sprouts! Now where was I…” Before he can go any further the bell rings. So much for that. “Oh, Shuckles. Looks like we ain’t got no time left. Reckon I shouldn’t keep ya longer than I hafta. Class dismissed. Ya’ll run along now!” Oh well. Hopefully once the year gets into groove, stuff like this’ll stop happening, but I won’t be counting my blessings. Next class, gym. As I walk towards the gymnasium , I shoot a text to Glover, telling him I’ll see him there. Wonder if I’ll run into a familiar face or two on the way…

Glover
-----------

Well that was straightforward enough. I’m glad Duke is well-informed on ground types, and it certainly reflected on how his class flowed. He asked a few questions, most of them pretty small-time, but the big one being what our favorite Ground-type Pokémon was. When it came my turn to answer, I told him that my favorite ground type was Rhyperior, because of how capable it was of holding its ground (no pun intended) under the control of a skilled trainer. Those things are no joke, I’ve seen some battles on TV and I gotta say, well maintained Rhyperiors can mess up some solid battlers in its own class. Fanboying aside, the rest of class seems to go by pretty quickly, so Duke dismisses us in no time. By the time I leave, I get a text from Page: “Cya at Gym, dude - Strings”. Maybe I can catch him walking in the hall if I’m quick enough, but if not, it doesn't matter, I'll see him at the gym anyhow.

Bellona

He laughs as I catch his leg on my torso, but this is a test of strength, a show for Sensei, I was not gonna take this as a joke! I push his leg back with force, then quickly reach my hand out, grab his arm, pull him towards me, then deliver a direct punch into his stomach. The sudden push and pull was something he was probably not expecting, but I feel I might have gone a bit overboard on that punch. But still, I could not stop, he was still standing and still inside the ring, so I run straight at him, who was ready to block expecting a punch or kick, probably too tired to sidestep another hit, but I quickly notice this and instead transfer all my weight into my body, tackling him and sending him away.

"Damn, those legs of yours are strong, Penguin." I comment. I look at the pitiful distance the tackle made and it was clear that nothing was going to get those legs to budge except maybe a herd of Tauros charging at him. Maybe. As we stare each other down intently for a second, I forget everything except finding holes in this guys' defenses. My eyes harden, my smile fades, this was a battle, not a movie awards show, and I was not gonna lose here. His eyes showed he shared the same goal, and I snap back into reality as I see Sensei stepping into the ring. "This "Tatakai", or battle, is getting nowhere!" I stop and look around me, as I realize our battle was the only one that wasn't a total wash. I flash a pained expression, I definitely could have beaten him with more time, but for now, I throw my hands up in the air to signal I was done for now and head back to my seat in silence. I hadn't realized it but that fight had drained me, and I set my head down to rest as I do my best to mask my heavy breathing.

Zak
----

I resist her punch as well as I can, letting out only a small pant. This is, exhausting. Then she tackles me, she looks way too tired to knock me down, and if she does, we'll both fall down, so I'll try to resist instead of dodging. I take her hit by grabbing her by the shoulders. I laugh at her comment, which makes me even more tired. "Funny, considering penguins don't have knees." We instantly leave the jokes behind and get back to it until we get interrupted, looks like we were the only ones left, and this wasn't going to finish any time soon. We go back to class, and she puts her head on the table. I sit next to her. "I can hear you, no need to hide it." She's clearly tired. "I'm going to be honest with you, something I don't do with many people. I loved it, every single second of it."
Bellona looks way too exhausted to even care, I don't even know how did I let these words out of my mouth. Then, the bell rings and Marshal lets us leave, I make my way to gym class. Oh boy, more exercise, if I have to do this every day I'll end up being buff.

Ow, that hurt. I hide my pain with a small giggle. "Um, well pokeballs, are this." I pick one out and throw it on the ground, letting Ragna out. "You see? I think it works more or less the same as your crystal ones!" She mentions the trio of Dragons. My face turns pale. Aria. The ruins. No...
I... I don't want to remember it, no, not right now. "Um, yes uh, that place." I try to hide my nervousness. "Well, I guess I'll see you in gym class, Tiara... It was, nice, meeting you." I sigh and I start to go to gym class. Damnit.

I don't like this teacher much, there's something wrong about it. Tho I can't say that I don't like this atmosphere, it looks and feels good. The bell rings after Despareus finishes the class. Now, to gym class, not my forte, I'm sure Bellona will like this, but oh well.

I spend the rest of the class answering some other questions until the bell rings. "Well kids, see you tomorrow, or later if you also took psychic, have fun." I pack up my things and exit the room, I wait until they're all out to lock the room and go to the cafeteria, I should pick something up before psychic.

Class ends, but I'm still intrigued about what we'll do tomorrow, I don't have a dark type but we'll participate anyways? I guess I'll see it when it's time. For now, to the gym.

Siel

I get to the pool and find someone else is here and swimming already. Upon closer examination I can see that it is Andy. I decide to just let him do his thing while I go to my makeshift office in the supply closet to examine this mornings water samples that Para took for me. It looks like the pool is in perfect condition at the moment, so we'll keep it at its current levels as much as possible for a couple months for the new swim team members to get used to it before teaching them how to adjust their techniques based on water conditions.

Matthew

We finish up sparring around the time class ends. I pull out my phone to see a message from Sheena asking where the fighting class disappeared to. I message her back and tell her we had class outdoors then head towards the gym for the next class. At least with gym being the whole year I'll see some friendly faces in this next one, like Len, Page and Glover, and Diana. This should be a fun class.

Sheena

"Ah so he is already on his way to gym," I say aloud but more to myself than anyone, then turn to Blake. "Well should we head to the gym then?"

"Hm? Oh yeah." Great the gym, it's going to be crowded, and loud. I get up with that girl and head to the gym. What could they possibly need gym for anyways. I know battles don't really happen there. And there isn't a strong push to keep the students physically active. I really wish I could head back to bed.



Len

That was certainly not what I would have expected. Will all the electives be like that I wonder. I hurry on towards the gymnasium. I did not really socialize during the class, maybe I should have, although it was strange. Perhaps I shall try to meet up with some of my friends. I shall very much like to eat lunch with them, I am still concerned about the lavatory and would like to get some other opinions on the matter. Oh but this next class period, I do hope that they are not expectant of us to do much in the method of physical activity. I enter the gymnasium and glance around searching for someone I know.



Gale

Gah, the gym. It'll be impossible to shy away from people there. Maybe I can make my presence so bland that no one will notice me. All this sitting around is making me feel a little antsy though. I'd love to get some running in soon. I am stunned as I enter the gym, probably looking like a deer in headlights.

Matthew

I get to the gym and look around. I see a few familiar faces, but none of them are people I generally hang out with. I do notice that very feminine looking guy from homeroom though, he seems to be sticking out really bad and a bit confused at the moment. I decide to step back outside the gym and wait for some people I know.

Sheena

I begin to make my way towards the gym with Blake, trying to make some small talk along the way. "So Blake, you have anyone else around here you hang out with? If not I know a few people you may enjoy to be around. I just met a couple of them today, but I've been friends with another one for a few years now, he also has a hard time staying out of trouble." I smile and cross my arms behind my head, resting my hands on the back of my head as we continue to head towards the gym.

I finally make it to the gymnasium. Good timing, too, as I run into Glover as I open the door. “Sup man? How was Ground class?” Glover shrugs. “It was chill, I guess. Just got the formalities outta the way, really. What about you? How was Grass?” I smile a bit when he mentions it. “It was decent, I suppose. Teach forgot the attendance sheet at the office, so it was basically a free period.” Glover gives a bit of a chuckle. “Lucky bastard. What’d you do then? Perform for the class or some shit like that?”

I take a seat in the middle row. “It’s funny you mention that, because I actually did. You following me or something?” Glover just points towards his temple. “I know you like that, Strings. Every breath you take, every step you take, I’m watching you.” I roll my eyes. “Okay, relax there, Sting. Damn, I’m thirsty, though. I’m gonna grab some water, be right back.” Glover shrugs as I make my way down the bleachers and towards the water fountain. My thirst quenched after a few swigs, I turn back towards the bleachers. I observe the people inhabiting the bleachers for a bit as I make my way back. I glance in another direction and can’t help but notice Matt standing outside the doorway of the gym. Was I that unaware that I completely missed this dude walking in? Maybe I’m still a bit high. Oh well, might as well greet him. “Sup big guy? Didn’t see you as I walked in. You waiting for someone?”

Glover

Page walks away to get some water, leaving me at the bleachers. I look around and spot a cute looking figure a few seats down from my spot. I struck out this weekend, maybe I can strike gold here. Boldly, I walk up next to her. “Excuse me, is this seat taken?”

"I generally prefer to be by myself." I'm a little worried on who she might suggest to hang out with. It might be a troublemaker I already know, or someone who is a huge pain.


Gale
------

"H-huh?" I turn and look at the person talking to me. "N-no it's available." I'm surprised he asked. It's not like you need a reservation. Jeez, and I was hoping no one would see me.


Len
------

I am certain I just saw Mr. Matt, but he swiftly quit the gym. I decide to peek out and check on him. "Mr. Matt? Oh and Mr. Page. Good morrow to the both of you." How odd, "Glover is not with you?" Those two appear inseparable, to the extent that I wonder if perhaps, no I should not be thinking this right now.

Matthew

"Hey Page, and not really anyone in particular, just didn't wanna wait in the loud gym for everyone to show up." As the last words of my sentence leave my mouth Lenyth walk out of the gym door and greets us.

"Hey Len, how have classes been so far?"

Sheena
So she is more of the loner type huh? "Doesn't that ever get lonely though?" I ask as we get closer to the gym. Before she can answer I notice Matty is outside the door talking to Page and Len. "Oh hey speak of the devil and there he is." I say to Blake as I start to wave towards the group.

And this is exactly what I don't need right now, so I decide to nope right out of there and quickly flee to a bathroom. Go figure she's friends with him. Well, I'm definitely awake now. Didn't expect that I would need to rush this early. I sigh, How am I gonna sneak in. Hmmm.

"Um, how should I say it. Non conventional?" I release a soft sigh. "I really do hope that it is the exception in this instance. What of your morning class?"
