"That question was because someone did not do their job properly orienting new staff..." I clench my fist, but after a deep breath I calm down. "Although, I sort of wished Alli had been with you. That girl is disgustingly perceptive you know. Perhaps she would have had some interesting insight." I rub my right temple for a little bit. "Anyways, sorry for that little delay. So who did you bring for me to check up on?" I finish making the tea and offer some to Sefi.

Matthew

I look through the menu for a bit, trying to find something. "Uh, I think I'll go with that one smothered in chili." Then I turn to Glover. "So how did you hear about this place?" I ask him.

Page & Glover (Glover's POV)

"I came here a bit earlier than most on the first day, so I had time to explore the campus and Inspira City. This was one of the first places I came across. That, and a few swank looking stores." The waiter comes back with all of our drinks. The waiter asks if we're ready to order.

"I'll take the jalapeño cheeseburger with fries, please." Page orders next. "I'll be having the bacon cheeseburger and fries." I look at Matt, knowing he'll be ordering the smothered chili dog cheeseburger. It's heavy and decadent, and he said he had a pretty light breakfast, so I didn't question it. Page looks at Len. "What'll you have, Len?"

"I should like this, if you would." I point to a salad on the menu. It seems tasty enough. Teriyaki glazed chicken with grilled pineapple and mandarin oranges on top of carrots, almonds, and mixed greens with a citrus dressing. The waiter finishes taking the orders and walks off.

I take a sip of the tea, it is not bad but it is certainly low-grade tea. I am sure the others are less than amused with my choice of food, but I am not sure I could eat a heavy meal and feel well enough to return to my residence. I do hope that one of them would be kind enough to let me taste one of these burgers though.

Page & Glover (Glover's POV)

Now I see what mean when Page said her mannerisms might confuse me. She speaks rich kid dialect. I won't question it though. Neither does Page - in fact, Len's order seems to have got him raising his eyebrows again. I've hung out in uptown Castelia City to somewhat understand the way she carries herself. I take a sip of my shake while swiping through my phone and eye Page speaking up again.

"So Len, have you thought about what clubs you're gonna join this year?"

"Clubs?" I set the cup down on the table. "I should very much like to be in an art club. A place conducive to drawing and tailoring." I slightly tilt my eye and divert my gaze. "Perhaps it sounds risible, but if possible I should like to make outfits for the coordinator team." I close my eyes and take a sip of tea.

Matthew

I order the chili cheeseburger and a large order of fries. The waitress eyes me when I place the order, which I don't blame her, it is a ludicrous amount of food for a single person to consume, but I didn't eat much after my workout this morning and am feeling famished at this point.

I lean back and take a sip of my tea and listen as Page asks what clubs Len intends to join. As she mentions she's gonna take an art class I feel one of the clips holding my wraps come undone.

"I'll be right back." I say as I get up and head to the restroom. When I get there I remove my shirt and undo the wrappings to take a look. At this point the bruise seems to of finished setting in, but also covers from about the bottom of my right pectoral to just above my hip. Looks like I'll need to take it easy on the sparring for a few days.

Page & Glover (Page's POV)

Matt gets up to go to the restroom. "Food should be ready as soon as you're done" I call out to him. As the door closes, the waiter comes back out from the kitchen with our orders. Talk about timing. Glover's rubbing his hands together excitedly. It's quite the sight. I roll up my sleeves and take a bite out of a fry. My mouth opens up wide in a comical manner. "Ow." Glover snickers, and when he isn't looking, I "tax" him a fry. "Hey!" I hear him cry out. "Chill out, it's jut one." Glover rolls his eyes and takes a bite out of his burger.

"Anyway, it's good that you're putting your talents to good use. This may seem like a weird question, but would you ever consider... I don't know, dipping your toes in other crafts?"

I watch as Mr. Glover takes a bit of his burger. I am not sure I see the appeal. "D-dipping toes? What craft deals with that sort of thing?" It seems an odd sort of craft. I take a bite of my salad. It is fairly delectable, the flavors are more simple than what I am used to, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

I attempt to clarify. "I don't mean literally, more like, figuratively. You know, try other things outside of your comfort zone?" I feel like I'm not getting my point across so I decide to cut to the chase. "Well us three are part of the music club we're planning to form, and I was wondering, does this sound like something you'd be interested in joining?" As Glover swallows his bite, he tilts his eyebrows in curiosity.
