"Mine went pretty, okay I guess," I respond when Diana asks how my day went "I met your room mate, turns out she's in my home room." I decide to avoid how that meeting went, or the awkwardness of the following conversation.

"A Feebas huh? Well I'm sure you'll manage to train it into a great milotic one day." I try to reassure her. "As for me I got a Tyrogue actually, kind of excited to see what he will become in the future."

"So with the Feebas I guess training would be a little awkward right now wouldn't it?" I ask.

''Well that's good I guess. Blake is her name I recall. We don't know each other too well yet'' I say, not trying to move that topic any further from that. I listen to Matt as he tries to assure me I will, which I greatly appreciate although I don't know how much he meant it. He also tells of his Tyrogue, to that I only express that it really fits him, and the options are definitely there. Then Matt brings up how our sparring would be a bit awkward now, which he is right on. Hit the nail. ''Yeahh. I'll have to agree on that, unfortunately. Any other ideas? I'm up for something'' I reply, first sounding a bit disappointed, but then sounding more enthusiastic towards the end.

Diana seems a little disappointed about the training being called off, but still seems to want to hang out. "Well, we could go check out the town, or whatever really, I'm down for anything." I say with a gentle smile.

''That sounds interesting enough. I don't have any better ideas, so no objections. I haven't been to the actual town/city yet, have you? You could show me around I suppose if that is the case'' I suggest in turn, then glancing around checking if anyone's watching us, siince we've stood still in the same spot for a fine moment.
Now that I look at my outfit, it's not exactly the best for going out but it's not bad either I guess. I don't care much what other random people may think of me anyways.

"I've been a couple times for lunch, but haven't explored it much myself really, but I guess we could explore it together, who knows maybe we'll find some cool shops or a neat little place to eat." I say reassuringly as we head off towards the town.

"So," I start "what do you like to do for fun?" I ask, curious but kind of dreading her asking me the same since I don't actually do much more than training that I'd like to talk about.

After watching Hyun go through the gym equipment I waited for the bell to signal the start of our Lunch. Page, Glover and some others were having a chat before the teachers introduced themselves and now they were all spread out, some not even here.

As the bell rings, Kiri and Hyun dismiss us. As I enter the cafeteria I noticed most of the other students wanting to eat indoors while I tried to find a nice spot outside. Managing to grab a Kebab and some mash potatoes from the buffet before venturing into the garden I was quite pleased by the smell being emitted from my plate. I found a nice wooden bench near the student center and let out Cube and Ashes to eat their food.

After cleaning up, and disposing of trash, I gave both of them a pat on the head before taking them back into their pokeballs. Next elective is fire. As I entered the class I recognized a few people. We spent of the class finding out what our favorite fire type was. Pretty chill stuff, I'm not complaining.

The bell rang out and I grabbed my bag and headed back to Dukes class. I sat back down in my chair from this morning and watched as he pulled out a cart. I could see the other students reactions and knew why they were all excited. These were our official Kobukan Academy Pokemon. It was all random on which type you go so I hoped for the best. Nothing to strong, but nothing too weak. Something that would get along well with my current Pokemon.

When my name was called I went up, thanked Duke and went back to my seat. Others were already releasing theirs to see which Pokemon they got but I wanted to wait till I got back to my dorm room.

As the bell rang yet again to signal the end of yet another class period I hurried over to my room. I can't say I wasn't excited. I opened the door, slammed it shut, locked it, then sat on my bed. I rolled the clean, and fresh looking pokeball in my hand. Letting the Pokemon out I was surprised to be greeted by a Chimchar. Sitting there on the floor, he looked up at me and smiled. "Well little guy" I said to him, "I'm gonna call you...George". "Chim, Chimchar!" George said, excitedly. He seemed to like the name. Huh. George, Ashes, Cube, and Me. This is gonna be quite an adventure.

''Sounds like a plan to me. I'll be leaning a little bit more on the place to eat, I'm not much of a shopper myself, tee-he'' I replied. Why the hell am I giggling so much? Gotta stop that.
''Hmm... Other than training I enjoy watching Pokemon Battles, Pokemon Races pretty much. I also like running, swimming a fair bit. I'm afraid there isn't much else to me, I guess. Oh, I guess I'd like to think that I like teaching if I can or helping others. I'm not at the point where I can do that much though, maybe some day'' I answer, looking at the sky as we walk. It's looking a little bit like it could snow soon. Not sure if I heard correctly, but someone probably said so already.

I could tell decently well about weather just by eyeing the sky usually. Sky is one of those things that has always fascinated me. I then return back to earth, and look at Matt ''Do we share any of those interests? I would like to hear yours if you don't mind. Other than training as well, since that's a no brainer. But if there isn't any you want to tell I don't mind'' I state and glance at Matt's figure for a second. It's indeed very evident. Not sure why I had to mention ''other than'' again, he'd have understood that without me saying it.

Diana giggles a little bit when she tells me she isn't much if a shopper. It is pretty cute.

After she finishes telling me her hobbies She stares up at the sky for a while. Whatever she is thinking of seems to make her pretty happy. Then she turns and asks what my hobbies are, other than training. I blush a little as I notice her eyeing my physic.

"Yeah, heh that does take up a lot of my time," I say as I scratch the back of my neck a bit. "But I do also watch some battles in my free time, and although it is usually done purely as excesise I also enjoy a good run, other than that I usually go for anything to keep my mind busy."

We walk for a little bit before I speak up again. "I never have really seen a Pokemon race though, what are those usually like?" I ask.

''Cool. I usually try to keep myself busy too. Keeps you out of trouble and less time to worry about things on your mind'' I reply as Matt explains about his interests a little. He then proceeds to ask me about races.

''Well, I mostly watch those from livestreams or past broadcasts on TV/from my phone/tablet or such. But I've been to the stadium a few times, it's really phenomenal. The atmosphere is pretty good, and the tickets aren't usually even super expensive, as they tend to be for Pokemon Battle Tournaments etc'' I explain rather passionately, then take a little break and continue soon


''It does depend a little that which racing are you most interested in, me for example; I like flying, but water is pretty cool too. I'd say that there is a lot of ground/land racers, but there aren't that many super talented ones. As for air/flying, there aren't too many on a professional level, but those who are, they are really good. Water/swimming is probably the least contested one, but has a lot of contenders still. You can also make big bets on who wins, so some people like a little bit of a gamble. There's pokemon races without racers riding, but then there are also ones of course where they are. So yeah, that about sums it up I guess'' I sigh as I end my explanation.
''Hopefully that wasn't too long of an explanation'' I state, looking around as we walk. Then ask ''Where are we headed if anywhere?'' I then interrogate curiously. I wouldn't know, so I figured I'd ask if Matt knew.

I listen fondly as Diana tells me about the different types of races. It sounds like she is has a decent passion for them. "Well if there are any that happen nearby maybe we'll have to go watch them, they sound pretty neat." I respond, hoping it didn't sound to forward.

After a small bit though she ask where we are going. "Well, I don't really have any destination in mind," I say, "figured we might just see what the town has to offer, then maybe grab something to eat. If that's okay with you."
