Calem and Serena didn't quite have the best interactions. The game might very likely have a breakup between the two characters. Considering May was in the first year romance route, maybe that's a hint this, beakup/ fan murder will be earlier in the game?

Regardless of how this is done, this situation is going to be pretty awkward if Brendan winds up being your roommate.

Think I can safely say that most who are heck bent on taking May from Brendan are jerks. Cant do that to a bro, that breaks the bro-code ya'll.

Regardless of side, it currently seems like there may be a future bump in their relationship, from the way that things have been going. Whether or not this will end their relationship or make it stronger is unknown.

Even if it isn't a big problem, it will at least make them feel more like a couple, because despite what Leaf, May, and the wiki say they still seem to just be acting like BFFs.

I also I think that it would make a very interesting story arc when Brendan is your roommate. I want to be able to date May in game, but I would also like to see the route where the resolve the issue.

Yeah, i think there is going to be an option to either patch up their relationship or swoop in and steal May. Regardless, it should be entertaining.

Part of me though remains thinking there could be multiple ways of going about the May/Brendan break up.

1. The quick and ugly way of breaking May and Brendan up that results in Brendan hating you.

2. A more prolonged version where you just convince them both it might be in their best interest to break it off where they remain friends and you swoop in.

3. Whichever just allowing them to work it out themselves brings.

4. Being the King Wingman and helping them patch it up, growing confidence in your couple therapy abilities and becoming the school love doctor.
