Not a fan of cheating.... Like imagine putting that much effort into getting a girl/guy and suddenly.. they cheat... no man... just no!

I am generally against cheating. The only exception I can think of is if you deserve it. Say, you're on a route with Leaf, and then you treat her like crap. At that point, maybe she'll cheat on you with someone to get back at you... someone who makes you so angry that you'll yell until you're blue in the face. But then again, after that point, writing dialogue for several years after this would be lengthy. So either it should be a game-ending thing, or not included at all.

If the MC treats her like crap, I would hope she would have the self decency to dump the MC right there. I am not a fan of abusive relationships, so if Red stars dissing on her, instead of cheating she should dump his ass. I find that fair game. Otherwise, she is just stooping to an asshole's level, and showing signs of manipulation and spitefulness, which to me are red signs (no pun intended), in which case, I would be the one to dump her and I would totally be entitled to do so. So I would rather no cheating be involved at all unless there is a reasoning (like the person has commitment issues, the person is a "playboy", the person is a sex addict, etc) and than that reasoning can lead to further character development. But given the girls and guys involved... I do not see how any of those scenarios are possible. Plus, ending the rout when the MC becomes an asshole is easier to program.

Why in the hell would you want or even wonder if your girlfriend cheating on you will be in this game.
Do you really want to play a game where your girlfriend could cheat on you? No, you don't. Stop being stupid, you don't.
YOU will be able to, but there will be concequences, but your GF cheating is illogical as there are a LARGE amount of datable options, and some characters would act differently than some.
The game is designed to be fun, real, but not stupid, so cheating is illogical.
Breaking up, though? That's a possibility.
If you don't hang out enough with them in certain intervals, it makes sense for them to break up with you. You made a commitment. This ain't persona. You can't fall in love then never hang out with them again.
The player may be able to break up with a girl, but that's debatable since it would be so much work to do.
Long story short:
No cheating.
If you make a commitment, see it through.

I agree. the game is meant to be a fun visual novel. A slice of life take on the Pokemon world and the game will be much more fun focusing on the interesting gameplay elements incorporating the Pokemon world into a school setting. And having the MC and Waifu choice build their relationship and test that relationship with Pokemon themed challenges.

red is also not a mean guy by nature, and most of the choices reflect that. Even the ones where he shrugs stuff off saying "This stuff is too easy!" even if it's egocentric, it isn't strictly mean. Red's a nice guy.

As far as im aware, most writing that involve cheating is badly written. Not to mention cheating is not really match the girl personality at least as far as the dev showed us up to this point.

In short i doubt it will be ended well if dev implement it.

Edit lol what am wrote at the begginning XD wel been 1/2 asleep back then so sorry

No, it will never end well. It's the Pokemon universe, ok. But here it's kind of a fusion with reality in the gameplay, where our actions have issues on people about our "social relations".

I don't really like the idea of cheating in general, but I REALLY believe the rescue romance event would fit perfectly into the story.

The narrative up to April 12 already set up a scenario with a bunch of vandals around Kobukan Academy, so that could probably help, too.
